Job Description: Virtual Secretary at FDR Financial Group

Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing emails documents and other digital files for the team
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments for the team members
  • Handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed
  • Assisting with virtual event planning and coordination
  • Conducting research and compiling information as requested

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and virtual communication tools
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote setting
