A & A Renovations LLC is a family-owned faith-based residential remodeling company founded in 2003. We do exterior remodeling and home renovations with a small crew that values hard work reliability and quality. We believe in doing honest work and treating people right.

What Youll Do as a Crew Member/Laborer:

• Arrive at the shop by 5:45 a.m. to load the truck with tools and materials.
• Drive the crew to residential job sites within an average 45-minute radius of the shop.
• Perform hands-on construction work as needed including carpentry decks additions retaining walls patios siding roofing interior trim and concrete work.
• Take responsibility for the truck including fueling and keeping it ready for daily use.
• Work alongside the crew to complete quality remodeling and renovation projects.
• Drive back to the shop by about 5:00 p.m. and unload tools and materials.
• Get paid from the time you leave the shop until you returnno evenings or overnight travel.

Our Ideal Crew Member/Laborer:

• Experience: Construction experience is preferred but not required; were willing to train entry-level candidates with the right attitude.
• Clean Driving Record: Holds a valid PA drivers license with a clean driving record for the past five years.
• Reliable: Shows up consistently follows through and helps keep the crew on schedule.
• Motivated: Willing to learn the trade take direction and growwhether youre new to construction or already skilled.
• Team-oriented: Works well with others supports the crew and takes pride in quality work.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly dependable and easy to work with; experience matters less than mindset.
• Good Sense of Humor: Enjoys being part of a crew that works hard and gets along.
• Active: Able to climb kneel bend stand walk and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Must have basic hand tools.

What We Offer Our Crew Member/Laborer:

• $20-$30/hour DOE (willing to pay for experience)
• Consistent hours Monday-Friday 5:45 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Saturdays optional
• Full-time hours with overtime pay
• No evenings or overnight travel
