About the Drama Department
The Drama department is welcoming and collaborative with a strong commitment to mentoring Early Career Teachers. You will receive structured guidance and professional support to help you develop outstanding classroom practice and confidence in performance-based teaching.
Responsibilities
Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
Plan and deliver engaging practical and well-structured lessons
Monitor assess and support student progress
Contribute to curriculum development and creative enrichment activities including performances and productions
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Drama Theatre Studies or a related subject
PGCE with QTS (or pending)
ECT status
Strong communication organisation and classroom management skills
