Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related discipline
Proven experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level
Experience of leadership or readiness to step into a middle leadership role
Strong knowledge of GCSE and A Level specifications
Excellent organisational leadership and communication skills
Commitment to raising standards and inclusive practice
