On this occasion our client is a Consumer Goods leading company in a growing and transformation challenge period.
We are looking for Business Process Manager to lead and drive the improvement of the organizations business processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations excellent analytical capabilities and a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement strategies taking into account the whole organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze current business processes to identify areas of inefficiency bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations for adjustments to workflows procedures and processes that lead to increased efficiency streamlined operations and enhanced productivity.
- Conduct ongoing analyses on implemented changes to measure their impact on productivity quality costs and time management. Identify further opportunities for refinement.
- Provide guidance and training to personnel involved in process streamlining efforts fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align process improvement strategies with the organizations objectives and goals.
- Prepare and present progress reports on process improvement initiatives.
- Regularly review revise and update procedures and policies in line with optimized processes ensuring documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- 4 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully implementing business process improvement strategies.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous process improvement methodologies.
- Good in using business process mapping tools to visualize and analyze workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish fluent in English.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing business needs.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make decisions.
