Job Summary

Position:Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst (IBA)
Location: Toronto ON (Downtown)
Structure: 6 month contract to start 3 days onsite 2 days onsite (subject to change)
Pay:$85.00/hr - $95.00/hr CAD INC

Requirements:

We are looking for 8years experience in the following:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT infrastructure operations or service management environments
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (servers networks cloud storage security)
Hands-on experience withServiceNowor similar ITSM platforms
Solid knowledge ofITIL / ITSM change management processes
Must have strong analytical documentation and reporting skills
Must have excellent communciation and stakeholder management abilities
