Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Support International Sales and Business Development teams throughout the sales process
- Provide day-to-day administrative support (meetings presentations documentation)
- Maintain and update CRM and internal sales systems (e.g. Gemstar)
- Coordinate opportunity support including customer inquiries and deal registrations
- Liaise with Pricing Alliances and regional teams to support international deals
- Act as a central point of contact for international Datacentre & Infrastructure opportunities
- Coordinate with account managers to ensure timely and accurate quotations
- Prepare and support sales reporting and analytics (internal and customer-facing)
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new sales team members
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience in sales support administration or audiovisual environments (preferred)
- Experience working in an international target-driven business environment
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Sales CRM systems (Oracle CRM preferred)
- Business development or commercial support experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proactive flexible approach with the ability to meet deadlines and manage changing workloads
- Strong communication skills
