Were looking for a Junior Communications & Content Assistant to support day-to-day content production and publishing across several client accounts.
This is a foundational role for someone who enjoys structure rhythm and doing things properly.
You will help ensure that content goes out on time on brand and without friction.
In this role you are expected to learn fast and act quickly and securely in a startup environment. As you develop you will start to take a role that develops into junior client lead supporting our partners and clients in their communications & marketing.

Tasks
What Youll Do
- Format schedule and publish social content (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook)
- Perform client research & come up with concepts materials and output.
- Develop client-facing materials
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
- Prepare press releases & multimedia materials
- Prepare podcast and video derivatives (captions quotes clip briefs)
- Maintain content calendars and asset libraries
- Support light engagement management (comments flagging leads)
- Track basic analytics and prepare reports
- Follow established templates SOPs and tone-of-voice guidelines
Requirements
Youre a Good Fit If You
- Have 2 years of experience in content marketing or communications
- Have had previous experience in managing multiple workstreams at once
- Have an international mindset and an interest in startups vc and ecosystem development
- Have a University degree in communications business marketing or have a degree relevant to our client verticals (finance engineering)
- Responsive and online - have experience with managing social media platforms
- Are fluent in English second language preferred (French Dutch German)
- Are detail-oriented and organised
- Feel comfortable working with tools (Notion Canva Asana Google Docs schedulers social platforms)
- Are open to learning CMS systems analytics
- Like finishing things properly
- Stay calm under deadlines
- Have strong interpersonal skills and value relationship-building
