We are looking for a motivated People Technology Associate to join our People Technology team. This is an entrylevel role ideal for someone starting their career in HR technology with handson exposure to the Workday HRIS platform.

You will support daytoday Workday operations handle simple HCM technical tickets monitor ticket queues and help create training and knowledgebase materials. You will also be trained in Workday Recruitment and Absence modules to broaden your HRIS skillset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve basic Workday HCM tickets (e.g. data corrections job changes organization updates access queries).
  • Monitor and triage incoming tickets ensuring correct categorization and timely followup. Escalate complex issues to senior analysts with clear documentation.
  • Assist with data audits and ensure accuracy in Workday.
  • Create and maintain training guides job aids and internal knowledgebase content
  • Support Workday updates and bi-annual releases including basic testing and documentation.
  • Participate in training for Workday Recruitment and Absence modules and provide support as skills develop


The skills we would like to see in your suitcase:

  • 13 years of experience working with Workday in HR HRIS People Operations or similar roles.
  • Basic understanding of core HCM processes (hire job change worker data organizational structure).
  • Basic reporting and analytics skills
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Workday technical concepts. Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
  • Exposure to Workday through coursework internships or previous roles. Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow Zendesk).
  • Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP Pivot Tables). Interest in HR technology and systems improvement.
