Agency Experience - Acquire hands-on real work ad agency experience
Intern Team Project - Collaborate on a cross-departmental group project
Lunch & Learns - Gain insights into the role of each agency discipline
Group Gatherings - Join in meet-ups with fellow interns and agency staff

As a Creative (Art Director) Internyoullsupport client teams on integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role offers hands-on experience real mentorship and meaningful opportunities to develop your visual thinking and creative execution.
Creative Interns typically:
- Work closely with Creative Directors and experienced GSD&M creatives
- Build a portfolio with real client work across print digital social and experiential platforms
- Learn how to interpret creative briefs and contribute throughout the full campaign lifecycle
- Develop and present visual concepts layouts and design ideas for client projects
- Strengthen craftsmanship attention to detail and creative discipline

Must be able to work full-time 40 hours per week.
