Make a Difference
Lead the administration development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions ensure platform stability and quality and provide expert guidance to users and technical team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Security & Governance
- Ensure platform integrity through audits testing and structured upgrade processes.
- Maintain compliance with security standards and enforce development governance.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide clear documentation and support continuous platform improvements.
Problem Solving & Support
- Diagnose and resolve system issues using best practices.
- Maintain stable scalable solutions across the enterprise.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3 years ServiceNow software development required.
- 2 years ServiceNow SPM administration required.
- ServiceNow Administrator Certification preferred.
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks preferred.
