The Position
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in transforming the clinical trial landscape As a Country Clinical Operations Excellence (CoE) Leader in PDG your mission will be to drive portfolio-wide advancements and enhance clinical trial delivery productivity. Youll foster innovation address critical business needs and lead the charge in implementing forward-thinking operational models with both internal and external partners. Your work will directly influence the future of clinical trial execution and delivery making a tangible impact on patient outcomes worldwide.
Key Challenges
In this dynamic position youll face exciting and meaningful challenges including:
Driving Strategy & Innovation: Develop and execute impactful CoE initiatives aligned with PDGs business objectives. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Building Strategic Relationships: Collaborate across diverse stakeholders including Study Teams PDQ pRED gRED USM and PDMA to ensure cohesive alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
Leading Transformation: Oversee governance and successful delivery of initiatives that reimagine how clinical trials are executed pushing boundaries and setting new benchmarks in operational effectiveness.
Measuring Real Impact: Quantify and communicate the success of initiatives from improving operational efficiency to accelerating innovation and decision-making that drive business impact.

Is an expert in navigating complex regulatory environments and working within frameworks like ICH-GCP EU CTR and local Regulatory provisions like IVDR and Ethics requirements.
