We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our leadingedge Human Resources team in a fulltime permanent capacity.

Were seeking a forwardthinking proactive and peoplefocused Human Resources Business Partner with strong generalist experience. Someone who thrives in fastpaced safetycritical environments and can confidently partner with our operational leaders to deliver consistent compliant and practical business solutions.

What youll be doing:

In this role you will:

• Build strong trusted relationships with our business leaders whilst advising them on policies processes and award interpretation to ensure fair and consistent decisions.
• Coach and build leader capability for the future to managing performance behaviour and team culture so we can continue to be seen as one of the best companies to work for.
• Manage employee relations cases in partnership with the Employee Relations team.
• Drive a safety-first culture whilst oversee workforce and safety-related processes.
• Deliver performance and talent initiatives supporting reviews succession planning and development pathways as we continue to build a world class culture.
• Enhance employee experience and support change embedding engagement initiatives and new ways of working.
  

What youll need:

We are hoping our new team member will bring the following:

• Degree in Human Resources / Business or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience managing performance and conduct matters
• Demonstrated ability to coach leaders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted collaborative relationships
• A genuine desire to contribute strong relationshipbuilding skills to a business that thrives on connection
• An interest in making a meaningful difference and supporting a great teamwhile having fun along the way
