Job Summary
Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a DPC Specialist to join our team! Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking the production of multiple jobsites weekly through the DPC program in OST from start to finish
- Accurately create and manage multiple DPC spreadsheets to be distributed to team weekly
- Work with Superintendents Project Managers and Foreman to ensure production tracking accuracy
- Attend weekly meetings with Project Managers to review job site and job DPC
- Attend monthly drive meetings on site to give analysis of job DPC
- Track and document fire rated conditions on jobsite through Procore
- Document loose ends hold ups and damages through Procore
- Follow up with Superintendents Project Managers and Foreman regarding fire ratings loose ends hold up and damages
- Dedicated to accuracy and quality
- Maintains safe secure and healthy work environment by following procedures and company standards
Requirements/Experience:
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work 7-5:30 if needed
- Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task and focus
- Computer and technology savvy
- Exhibits high attention to detail
- Construction experience to know when work is in place and the steps required to get there
