CONSTRUCTION SECURITY PROGRAM MANAGER

THE POSITION:

The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for the physical security of STACKs North American construction projects. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in security practices and management tactically implementing best practices at data center construction sites. The Construction Security Program Manager is responsible for ensuring Contractor compliance with security requirements. This candidate must be comfortable identifying potential security gaps and recommending remediation solutions.

Location:Santa Teresa New Mexico
Travel:Up to 50% to North American property locations

Must pass a comprehensive background and drug screening

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years of experience in security management preferred
2 years of experience in construction projects preferred
Subject matter expertise in physical security processes and technologies
Experience conducting inspections to identify security risks
Experience investigating and documenting root cause analysis of issues
Data center or construction site security experience preferred
Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
Experience working with external security services firms
