Responsibilities
Responsibilities in our IT Group:
- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop hardware and software issues including installation
configuration and troubleshooting - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers peripherals and software
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and problem resolution including root cause analysis to identify and
resolve technical issues - Provide excellent customer service and effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical users
- Complete documentation on ticket solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- In the process of obtaining an associate or bachelors degree in the field of IT
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and applications
- Experience with hardware and software installation configuration and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
