The Assistant Manager - Sales (GT) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market execution in the assigned territory. The role involves managing distributors and the field sales team ensuring effective distribution availability visibility and achievement of sales targets across General Trade channels.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop the General Trade business in the assigned area to achieve sales and distribution targets.

Appoint manage and evaluate distributors/wholesalers to strengthen sales infrastructure.

Lead coach and monitor the field sales team to ensure effective market coverage and execution.

Drive secondary sales product availability visibility and in-store execution as per company standards.

Plan and execute trade promotions market activations and visibility initiatives.

Monitor collections credit control and distributor stock health.

Analyze market trends competition and provide actionable insights for business growth.

Ensure timely reporting reviews and compliance with company processes.
