JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oracle BI Developer (Fusion / OTBI / BI Publisher)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle BI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Analytics and
Reporting. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of OTBI BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio along
with solid Fusion data model understanding and SQL/PLSQL skills. The role involves developing customizing and
supporting enterprise-level reports and dashboards across Oracle Fusion modules.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics (MUST)
-
Develop customize and support reports using OTBI BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio
-
Design pixel-perfect operational and management reports
-
Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency
Data Modelling & Fusion Knowledge (MUST)
-
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data models
-
Finance / SCM / HCM / Procurement (any 1-2 modules mandatory)

Analyze Fusion subject areas and underlying tables to support complex reporting needs
Custom Scripting & Development (MUST)
-
Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries procedures and packages

Perform data validation reconciliation and performance tuning
Data Imports & Integrations (MUST)
-
Hands-on experience with FBDI / ADFDI templates
-
Integrate imported data with reports and dashboards
-
Support data loads validations and error handling
Business Requirement Analysis (Good to Have)

Gather and analyze business reporting requirements from stakeholders
-
Translate functional requirements into technical reporting solutions

Collaborate with Finance SCM HCM or Procurement teams

Oracle Fusion data model knowledge (Finance / SCM / HCM / Procurement - 1 or 2 modules)

Strong SQL and PL/SQL

End-to-end report development and support experience
