We are seekinganindividual with both broad and deepcloudimplementation and migration experience with a focus on securing complex multi-cloud and hybrid environmentsto join ourteam andlead the continued growth of our cloud security practice servingRSMclients in a variety of industries and geographic locations.The successful candidatewill have solid working knowledge ofcloud securityleading practicesunderstanding of cloud architecture modelsleading vendor productsandsolutionscloudtechnologytrendsand innovation as well asexperienceleveragingthis knowledge tobenefitglobalorganizations.The candidate will alsopossessstrong leadership traits andexhibita proventrack recordof developing launching and operating complex cloud securitypractices.This individual willultimately beresponsible for thelong-termvision of the cloud security practice including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients.

Asaleader supporting theCyberpracticethesuccessfulcandidateisresponsible fordeveloping strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses thechallengestheyfaceand the outcomes they are looking to achieve.The selected candidatewillidentifypursueand close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledgeto supportthe efforts of the broader consulting practice.Thisindividualwillalsowork across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries.The candidate isresponsibletoleadmultiple team engagements simultaneously including severalthreadsofcomplex implementation and migration engagements.In addition this individual willbe responsible forleading a global team of cloud security specialists developing go to market solutions working with industry leading cloud providers and technology vendorsandchampioning thecloud security practice throughout the Firm.

Successful candidatestypically have10years of experience in the followingareas:

• Developing the strategy and setting direction for the practice to drive a global team of consultants serving a diverse client base

• Identifyingand buildingcloud basedsolutionsto drive growth in project-based and managed services

• Confidently speaking with knowledgeable clientson the topic of cloud strategy architecture workload migrationplanningand common security practices such as landing zones

• Eminence buildingin the cloud industrythrough frequent publishing and speaking on relevant topics

• Managing relationships with major cloud platform providers AWS Azure GCP including working with partner representativesmaintainingexecutive levelrelationshipsandcultivating sales channels

• Understanding the financial human resources and operational responsibilities ofoperatinga global consultant practice

• Recruiting top cloud security talent through your network and eminence activities

• Identifying helping qualifypursueand win client engagements in cloud security including but not limited to Amazon Web Services (AWS) Azure Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other common Cloud IaaS and SaaS solutions (e.g.AlibabaDigitalOcean)

• Providing cloud security subject matter knowledge on client engagements toassistwith developingcloud security strategies and roadmap architecture leadingpracticesand operational effectiveness

• Acting asasubject matter specialist for cloud security including but not limited to identity and access management network security data encryption (in motion/at rest) API gateway security infrastructure hardening and security change management and change control insider threat monitoring/alerting

• Providingleading practices in cloud security operations incident response business resiliency

• Understandingcommon cloud deployment models (private public hybrid) including platform types (IaaS SaaS PaaS)

• Fluencyin cloud security leading practices (CSA best practices guide AWS Security Best Practices Google Best Practices for Enterprise Organizations others)

• Executing solution delivery engagementsfor both small and large cloud environments

• Designing architectingimplementingand supportingsimple to complex enterprisecloud solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guidingand mentoringclients through the entire process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or graduate degree and10years of related work experience

• Highproficiencywithpopular cloudtechnologies (AWS GCP Azure)

• Highproficiencywiththe tools and techniques for securing multi-cloud and hybrid environments

• Knowledge andproficiencywith popular cloud security services (VPC RDS IAM WAF IDS/IPS AS3 SQS SNS CloudWatch CloudTrail InspectorConfig etc.)

• Experiencewith private public and hybrid cloud deployments

• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally

• Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels

• Excellent project management organization and follow-up skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently

• Willingness and ability to travelglobally

• Strong financial and business acumen and ability to speak about technology in the language of business
