Campus Bursar

A leading educational institution is seeking an experienced Campus Bursar to manage the full finance function on campus. This role requires someone resilient detailfocused and able to thrive in a fastpaced adminintensive environment. You will work closely with internal teams parents and centralised departments ensuring accurate financial processes strong compliance and effective communication. This position demands excellent multitasking abilities strong Excel skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.

Oversee daytoday financial operations and support campus leadership with budgeting and expense management
Manage billing accuracy procurement accounts payable and debt collection
Prepare reconciliations and monthly reports ensuring financial deadlines are met
Act as a link between the campus and central shared services
Engage professionally with parents staff and multiple departments on financerelated matters

Skills & Experience:
Advanced Excel skills (vlookups hlookups pivot tables nonnegotiable)
Strong administrative ability with excellent attention to detail
Resilient deadlinedriven and comfortable with high levels of multitasking
Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills
Ability to function in a pressured fastmoving environment
Minimum 58 years experience in a finance or bookkeepingrelated role
SAIPA (or similar professional affiliation) advantageous

Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Finance
