As an Experienced Paralegal you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys by conducting legal research drafting documents and managing case files. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $28 - $32 along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement in the legal field.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Draft and review legal documents including motions and pleadings
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation and case strategy
- Communicate with clients witnesses and other parties as needed
- File documents with the court and maintain compliance with legal procedures
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Provide administrative support to the legal team as required
Requirements
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm setting
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
