Job Summary

Director of Technology Services

Seeking a senior technology leader to oversee a complex event-driven environment supporting multiple venues resident organizations and public-facing systems. This role requires a hands-on business-minded executive who can manage infrastructure security ITSM and compliance while building and leading a growing internal team.

What Youll Do

Lead network infrastructure telecom ITSM and campus-wide systems
Support live events ticketing bookings and shared spaces in a fast-paced environment
Own PCI compliance cybersecurity and data privacy initiatives
Oversee AV systems digital signage and IP-connected venue technology
Partner with marketing and business teams on ticketing donations and patron-facing systems
Build and scale an internal IT organization (manager staff)
Manage vendors MSPs and portfolio planning across limited nonprofit budgets
Ensure systems remain current and avoid end-of-life risk

What Were Looking For

Senior IT leadership experience in complex multi-site environments
Strong background in network infrastructure ITSM and enterprise support
Deep understanding of PCI compliance and cybersecurity best practices
Experience in highly dynamic event-based operations
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable being hands-on while setting long-term strategy

Nice to Have

Experience in nonprofit arts or public-facing organizations
AV venue technology or campus infrastructure exposure
Salesforce or ticketing system experience
Vendor and MSP management background
