Job Summary
Ecolab the global leader of premium cleaning sanitizing and maintenance products and services for the hospitality institutional and industrial markets is seeking an Assembler to join our teaminHigh Point this hands-on positionyoullcontribute to the reliability and performance of our systems by performing essential checks supporting re-manufacturing operations and ensuring every piece of equipment meets ourhigh standardsforsafety and help drive continuous improvement by using TPM(Total Productive Maintenance)tools and sharing insights that enhance efficiency and service.

Position Details:
- Plant location:High Point NC
- Work week & shift: Monday Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Compensation package offered: $17.00 / hour
What You Will Do:
- Follow process and specification sheets with accuracy and consistency setting the standard for quality and compliance
- Complete labor reporting and recordkeeping with attention to detail ensuring transparency and accountability
- Use TPM tools to drive improvements in safety efficiency and customer service while reducing operational costs
- Keep leadership informed on daily activities and operational challenges contributing to a culture of openness and continuous improvement
- Proactively communicate quality issues or other situations that impact safety quality or productivity to the appropriate leader
- Support the development of others byassistingin training teammates and sharing knowledge
- Step in wherever needed to help the team meet its goals and deliver on shared commitments
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this opportunity
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires regularly lifting and carrying 50lbs as well as standingupwards of 10 hours
