Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to incidents and resolve them efficiently.
Retrieve bikes from police stations and manage necessary documentation.
Repossess bikes from drivers breaching lease agreements.
Coordinate with tow truck operators and mechanics for breakdowns.
Document incidents and actions taken accurately.
Collect evidence to support incident reports.
Submit detailed reports to the line manager and the Incidence Response Centre Team.
Communicate professionally with drivers authorities and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the Incident team for updates and feedback.
Educate drivers on road safety and bike handling.
Report recurring issues to the line manager for improvements.
Requirements
Preferred Competencies & Qualifications:
Valid motorcycle riding license with strong riding proficiency.
Proven ability to navigate interactions with police municipal authorities and other enforcement agencies professionally and effectively.
Strong incident response and problem-solving skills under time-sensitive and high-pressure situations.
Experience in asset recovery repossession fleet operations or field-based roles is an advantage.
High level of integrity discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive incidents.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate conflicts.
Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail.
Good understanding of road safety practices and basic motorcycle mechanics.
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining close coordination with central teams.
Familiarity with local road networks and high-risk areas is an added advantage.
