Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential MBA fresher to join our Business Analysis team. The role focuses on market intelligence IT client research and lead generation through structured secondary research and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy research data interpretation and business writing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research on IT services companies enterprise clients system integrators and technology buyers.
Identify and map potential IT clients decision makers and business units.
Generate qualified leads through market- and account-level research.
Develop Market Intelligence (MI) reports including:
Industry trends
Competitor benchmarking
Client insights and opportunity mapping
Prepare research-based reports presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
Support sales and leadership teams with actionable insights derived from data and research.
Maintain accurate documentation of research findings and lead databases.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong Market Intelligence and Research skills (secondary research data validation insight generation).
Excellent written communication and business writing skills.
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear concise insights.
Good understanding of the IT services industry digital transformation and enterprise technology (conceptual level).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word.
High attention to detail and structured thinking.
Desired Attributes
