Job Summary

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the core production line to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor production output identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal throughput.
Lead train and mentor production team members ensuring compliance with safety protocols SOPs and performance expectations.
Conduct regular shift briefings performance reviews and feedback sessions to enhance team engagement and accountability.
Maintain accurate records of production data machine performance material usage and incident reports.
Collaborate with maintenance quality assurance and supply chain teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
Enforce compliance with company policies health and safety regulations and environmental standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process optimization projects.
Respond to urgent operational issues and escalate critical matters to management as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all production activities including KPIs and shift summaries.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management or a related field (preferred).
25 years of progressive experience in production supervision or operations management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven track record of leading teams improving productivity and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Strong knowledge of production processes equipment operation and quality control procedures.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and experience with ERP or production management systems (e.g. SAP MES).
Excellent communication problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings evenings or weekends as required.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform routine site inspections.
Familiarity with OSHA or equivalent safety standards and experience in implementing safety audits.
