Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminium Frame Technician / Installer to support aluminium and glass fabrication and installation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate site measurements workshop fabrication and on-site installation of aluminium doors windows partitions and related systems ensuring high-quality workmanship safety compliance and timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

Carry out accurate site measurements for aluminium doors windows partitions and related systems in line with project requirements.
Interpret basic drawings and site instructions to ensure correct fabrication and installation.
Assist with material estimation and preparation when required.
Cut aluminium profiles using appropriate machines and hand tools according to specifications.
Assemble aluminium frames including fixed sliding and hinged systems in the workshop.
Install aluminium hardware such as rollers locks handles hinges and accessories.
Fit glass panels accurately using gaskets sealants and approved fixing methods.
Install aluminium frames on-site ensuring proper alignment leveling and secure fixing with anchors and fasteners.
Apply silicone and sealants for finishing weatherproofing and professional appearance.
Identify and rectify minor site-related issues during installation to maintain quality standards.
Ensure proper handling of glass tools and equipment in accordance with safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness order and functionality of workshop tools and equipment.
Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Requirements

Minimum basic schooling; vocational or ITI training in aluminium fabrication or a related trade is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication and installation.
Proven experience in both workshop fabrication and on-site installation is mandatory.
Strong measurement and material handling skills with attention to detail.
Good knowledge of aluminium profiles systems and accessories.
Ability to operate cutting machines power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
Practical knowledge of glass fitting sealing and finishing techniques.
Basic understanding of technical drawings and site layouts.
Strong work discipline time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
