Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records for daily sales expenses and payroll.

Fraud Prevention & Internal Controls:

Develop implement and monitor internal control systems to prevent fraud theft and misappropriation of funds.
Investigate and report any discrepancies or suspicious activities immediately.
Enforce segregation of duties and approval processes for financial transactions.

Financial Modeling & Analysis:

Build and maintain financial models to forecast revenue expenses and cash flow.
Track and analyze KPIs such as cost per order revenue per kitchen and gross margin.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability.

Inventory & Cost Control:

Monitor inventory levels track food costs and reconcile variances.
Work closely with kitchen operations to reduce wastage and optimize procurement.
Ensure proper cost allocation for raw materials and packaging.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare statutory filings.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain accurate documentation for financial and regulatory purposes.
Also other duties as assigned by the EMPLOYER.
Post and reconcile financial transactions in the companys accounting software.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
Manage accounts receivable/payable and reconcile bank statements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance (F&B hospitality or retail industry preferred)
47 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP (or IFRS as applicable)
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and Excel.
CPA or CPA-eligible preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Minimum of 4years proven success in driving revenue growth in a fintech payments lending or high-growth tech company. Strong background in sales-led growth performance marketing and customer lifecycle optimization. Deep understanding of credit products FX and cross-border payments. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM email marketing and paid social advertising. Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics Mixpanel or Tableau and familiarity with A/B testing frameworks. Exceptional data-driven decision-making and analytical skills. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and external partners.
