About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client in the Oil & Gas Sector we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Marketing Executive B2B Fuel to work in Uganda
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Marketing Manager.
Overview of Job Purpose
Grow build and protect the Hass Petroleum brand portfolio by implementing the monthly quarterly and annual marketing plans to achieve budgeted volume market share and profit objectives. The incumbent is expected to efficiently and effectively implement marketing activities in the assigned geographical area for B2B Fuel
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibility Area
Implements and monitors sales targets while managing allocated sales targets.
Prepares marketing plans and objectives for various business sectors.
Monitor stock levels of products and ensure product availability.
Plans and organizes promotions and presentations to prospective customers.
Executes promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters in the business unit.
Gathers and analyzes market research data to enhance business and brand growth.
Secure profitable accounts in industrial commercial and institutions for fuel.
Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing sales expenses and margins.
Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
Prepare marketing reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing sales data.
Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements.
Track Inventory in key customer sites placing orders and verifying receipts.
Supports Station managers in the respective areas by providing sales data market trends forecasts account analyses new product information and resolving customer complaints
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in marketing or a business-related degree
A Minimum of 2 years marketing experience with at least 1 year in the petroleum industry FMCG commercial sales Banking/Financial services (corporate sales) or insurance
