Role Summary
- Own and manage all business applications and tools used across the Amazon DSP back-office operation
- Handle system setup configuration updates integrations and user access
- Support Operations HR Recruitment and Leadership with system and workflow needs
- Focus on software applications and automation (not hardware or network IT)
Key Responsibilities
- Administer tools such as:
- Zoho Apps (Recruit WorkDrive Flow Mail Forms)
- CRM & ATS platforms
- Telephony systems (e.g. Vonage)
- HR device and monitoring tools (ADP Miradore EmpMonitor ManageEngine)
- Manage user access roles and permissions
- Set up and maintain workflow automations and integrations
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors
- Document processes and system changes

- Minimum 3 years experience in systems applications or SaaS administration
- Hands-on experience with business tools CRM/ATS and workflow automation
- Strong understanding of system configuration and user access management
- Zoho experience is a plus
