Our Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makati as a Systems Analyst.

In this role you will serve as the technical and operational lead for integrations ensuring quality security and client satisfaction. You will also manage the end-to-end onboarding of specialized Cash Management solutions validating all requirements before deployment.

What the role will entail

• Assess and validate integration requirements for complex services
• Collaborate with IT Product Sales and client technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and configuration
• Lead technical onboarding activities including file transmission validation and API connectivity checks
• Prepare detailed technical documentation and integration specifications
• Ensure compliance with internal policies regulatory guidelines and security standards
• Provide expert guidance to internal teams support client discussions and deliver user training

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in either Business Information Technology Computer Science or any related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Cash Management system integration technical implementation or related functions
• Familiarity with APIs file formats such as XML CSV and ISO standards as well as data mapping and system connectivity
• Strong analytical skills excellent communication abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Commitment to accuracy client service and operational excellence
