- Qualifies outbound leads and spots real opportunities not just names on a list
- Builds genuine rapport and leads conversations with confidence and empathy
- Creates smart prospecting lists and targets the right decision-makers
- Books quality meetings for the business development team
- Logs activities accurately and stays organized in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Works closely with marketing to keep messaging sharp relevant and human

What You Bring

4 years of B2B prospecting appointment setting or sales experience
- High emotional intelligence you read the room listen well and adapt fast
- Grit and drive you dont fold after a bad call or a tough week
- Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- A conversational consultative style (not scripted not pushy)
- Curiosity for uncovering pain points and offering tailored solutions
- Comfort using CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- A self-driven coachable mindset and a strong team-first attitude
