Job Summary

Role: Senior Azure Migration Engineer and Architect (2 Roles)

Location: Daly City CA (Locals only Onsite Required)

Duration: 12 Months

Start: Immediate

Note: The candidate must have strong experience in Data Governance along with Cloud Data Center experience specifically related to Data Centers and Migrations.

Role Overview

We are hiring two senior hands-on Azure Migration Engineers to execute the migration of 200 servers from Rackspace to Azure in a healthcare environment.

These engineers must be capable of independently driving migration tasks validating application dependencies implementing HA/DR configurations and ensuring stability for systems integrated with Epic-hosted applications.

Key Responsibilities

Execute server migrations using Azure Migrate and related tools.

Deploy and configure Azure compute storage networking and security components.

Validate integrations with Epic-hosted environment and other healthcare applications.

Implement high availability backup replication and failover configurations.

Configure monitoring dashboards and alerting.

Maintain migration documentation and support operational handoff.

Required Experience

5 years hands-on Azure implementation and migration experience.

Healthcare application migration experience required.

Experience in Epic-integrated environments preferred.

Strong understanding of HA/DR resiliency and failover architecture.

Ability to work independently onsite and move execution forward rapidly.
