About You

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting team! You will work closely with hiring managers across business functions to help identify and recruit top talent to drive business performance. You have a proven track record of recruiting in a high growth startup environment and are eager to take on the challenge of rapidly growing our company. From generating a pipeline to maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate you make the candidate experience outstanding and manage it from end to end.

What youll do and how youll have an impact

Work with a motivated team of Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.
Partner with hiring teams to understand their organizational objectives and drive a customized hiring plan to achieve those needs.
Create unique strategies to identify attract and engage with the best talent from branding and events to sourcing and referrals.
Source and identify active and passive candidates to build strong candidate pipelines.
Manage candidates throughout the entire recruiting process and create an excellent candidate experience.
Proactively contribute to improving Recruiting processes in a fast-growing environment.

What were looking for

2 - 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience ideally in a high-growth tech startup environment.
Experience sourcing and a proven track record for closing candidates ranging from junior to senior positions.
Well versed in a variety of roles across different functions including but not limited to Sales Marketing Customer Success Management IT and Service Delivery.
Experience working in multiple markets across Canada & the US.
Effectively partners with Hiring Managers and understands the needs of the business.
Understands what each candidate brings to the table and the ability to connect that candidate with the right opportunity at AppDirect.
Thrives in a fast-paced constantly changing environment.
Has a focus on the candidate experience.
