Red Bend Catholic College invites suitably qualified and experienced Business Administration professionals to apply for the position of Executive Assistant to the Principal.
Situated in the heart of the Lachlan Valley in Central West NSW Red Bend Catholic College is a co-educational Years 7-12 Catholic Day and Boarding school in the Marist tradition. The College educates over 860 students from rural regional and remote areas to provide an extensive Catholic education. The Executive Assistant to the Principal is responsible for providing efficient
professional and confidential executive support to the Principal Executive Team Marist Schools Australia and the College Advisory Council. This position will also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to thePrincipals office.
The Executive Assistant to the Principal works in collaboration with other members of the Executive team to provide essential services to students parents and staff of the College.
This position will also lead the staff administration team collaborating with the Principal tocoordinate professional learning resourcing and meetings as required.
This position requiresoutstanding organisational and interpersonal skills as well as being energetic and driven to respond to the fast-paced environment of the office.
The responsibilities of this highly trusted position include supporting the Principal through effective discrete administrative support and executive assistance including triage and organisation meeting management travel management report writing and correspondence.
