About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused German & English-speaking Analyst to join our People Operations team in Prague. This role plays a key part in supporting employees during the offboarding stage of the employee lifecycle ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
You will work closely with colleagues across HR and other business functions providing exceptional customer service resolving employee queries and maintaining compliance with internal processes and policies. We seek a candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
We offer flexibility (part-time or full-time position) hybrid working model (max of 2 days in the office per week) and friendly working environment with open management and safe space to ask questions and share your ideas. We provide full training and assign buddy to walk you through the Offboarding process.

Daily challenges

  • Monitor daily Offboarding tasks and activities in Workday Outlook Employee Connect and internal trackers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries offering assistance with HR-related questions and issues.
  • Assist in HR data analysis and reporting producing basic reports and contributing to data insights.
  • Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives managing specific tasks or components.
  • Maintain HR records and systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the development and updates of HR procedures Work instructions and email/letter templates.
  • Participate in audits and compliance checks ensuring HR practices meet legal standards.

eXperience and skills required

  • Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 2 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources back office or administration.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Process improvement and automation mindset.
  • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiencies in HR metrics data interpretation and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English and German.
