What will you do
1. Facilities & Strategic Operations
- Managing local team: two locations in CZ Prague & Brno
- Vendor & Landlord Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the landlord and Clubco; manage all vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.
- Workspace Optimization: Strategically plan seating arrangements and office adjustments to support team growth and evolving workspace needs.
- Health Safety & Security: Act as the Site Lead for all safety protocols ensuring the office environment is secure and compliant with local regulations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze office utilization and attendance data to provide recommendations to leadership regarding workspace strategy.
2. Financial Management & Governance
- Budget Oversight: Full ownership of the site and EEx budgets including monthly tracking PO management and price negotiations to drive cost-efficiency.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with CZ Leadership to align local operations with global business objectives; facilitate the agenda for Weekly All-Hands and Bi-weekly Site Leader meetings.
- Operational Continuity: Maintain a deep understanding of end-to-end office workflows providing executive-level coverage for senior operations staff as required.
3. Employee Experience (EEx) & Culture
- Annual Strategy & Planning: Design and execute a year-long roadmap of employee engagement activities and events that align with the companys culture.
- Feedback & Iteration: Proactively manage the employee feedback loop to refine the office environment snack programs and general amenities.
- Global Integration: Participate in or lead Global EEx initiatives ensuring the Czech site remains connected to the broader organizational culture.
4. Social Impact (S1 Foundation)
- CSR Leadership: Direct the local S1 Foundation activities including sourcing and managing the volunteering budget.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations and NGOs.
Board Reporting: Provide regular impact reports to the S1 Foundation Board.
What skills and knowledge should you bring
- Operations Excellence: Proven experience in facilities management office operations or hospitality at a high-growth company.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing budgets PO processes and vendor negotiations.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and communicate effectively with everyone from the S1 Foundation Board to external maintenance crews.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan large-scale events and complex office moves simultaneously.
