This is an exciting opportunity to join our Recruitment Support Centre (RSC) team as a Senior Administrator. We are looking for an individual to join us and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences and maintaining high quality standards in our recruitment operations.
What youll be doing
Part of the wider HR function the RSC support both candidates and hiring managers through the recruitment journey from application to offer. To support managing vacancies the team also handle phone calls and emails from those involved in the recruitment journey in our stores. The senior administrator provides coaching training and quality assurance to the recruitment admins to help ensure standards are maintained. Working as part of a small team your main responsibilities will include:
- Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance checkingto assess the effectiveness and adherence to recruitment processes policies and best practices. Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coaching: Provide coaching and support to recruitment team members to enhance their skills knowledge and performance. Conduct regular coaching sessions provide constructive feedback to support and contributes to development plans.
- Training: Create and deliver all training requirements within the RSC including upskilling existing team members and training new joins to the department.
- Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track recruitment team performance. Analyse data identify trends and generate reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement: Continuously assess and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Identify pain points propose solutions and support initiatives to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

- Atrue desire to coach and develop others as well as yourself within a high-volume process and system driven service
- An influential communicator a fast learner and a natural go-to person who will inspire and motivate the team through great communication and collaborative partnerships.
It would be great if you also have- Previous recruitment administration preferable but not essential
