Duties & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales Engineerwith strong technical aptitude and outstanding sales abilities to support our sales efforts in the Pretoria region. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements proposing tailored solutions and closing deals that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Present demonstrate and explain technical solutions that meet customer needs.
Understand customer processes and requirements to provide tailored ECI solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and cost-benefit analyses.
Provide post-sales technical support and ensure customer success.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical product support) to ensure seamless delivery.
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
Attend industry events exhibitions and technical presentations as required.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:

Tertiary qualification (Engineering) or equivalent.
3 years experience in technical sales / sales engineering / pre-sales roles.
Proven experience presenting technical solutions to customers.
Strong commercial instincts and results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
