SEO / Marketing Project Manager
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Salary: USD $1600 to $4000 per month depending on experience

About the Role
We are hiring a SEO and Marketing Project Manager to support a fast growing globally distributed digital marketing team working with enterprise clients. This role focuses on delivery coordination execution flow and team handovers across time zones.
You will act as the operational link between client facing stakeholders and execution teams ensuring projects move efficiently and consistently within a high frequency SEO and content environment.
This is a fully remote role suited to candidates based in South Africa who are comfortable working with US based clients and offshore execution teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own day to day project coordination for SEO and digital marketing initiatives
Manage timelines milestones and handovers between teams
Ensure consistent delivery across distributed teams
Track progress and proactively flag risks delays or scope changes
Maintain clear documentation task tracking and delivery standards
Support high frequency marketing initiatives with fast turnaround requirements
Facilitate clear communication across time zones and functions
Requirements
Experience managing SEO content or digital marketing projects
Strong organisational and coordination skills in an agency environment
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp Asana Jira or Notion
Nice to Have
Previous experience in an SEO or performance marketing agency
Understanding of SEO workflows content production cycles and reporting
Experience supporting enterprise or high growth clients
