Business Overview:

The Virtual Engagement Associate Program (VEA) was launched to support experienced Financial Advisors by executing aspects of their individual business development strategies. The VEA COO Coordinator is responsible for supporting the COO organization with a variety of needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks for all personnel including key tasks such as ordering equipment
  • Manage milestone changes and associated data entry and downstream processes
  • Maintain floorplans to reflect changes using the Manhattan real estate system; submit monthly occupancy reporting
  • Support employee moves and relocations
  • Provide first level of approval of expenses in line with Firm policy
  • Data entry audits and quality control for a variety of information critical to the success of the desk
  • Track and overall project manage a multitude of projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree with 1-2.3 years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn new technology and systems
  • Understanding of the Wealth Management business and products
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster strong relationships at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to function in a high-volume fast-paced environment
  • Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to delegate manage and execute on a wide range of tasks and initiatives
  • Successfully complete background checks and pre-employment assessments
