Position Overview:
Effectively plan schedule and manage service workload and resources to meet customers expectations for equipment service and maintenance. Responsible for the day-to-day operational requirements of the branch and to set the strategy and goals for the branch operations business plan.
This role is located in Lethbridge working a Monday to Friday shift however will require flexibility to meet business needs.

Job Description:
- Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of staff including recruitment and selection orientation coaching and mentoring performance feedback and supporting growth and development opportunities
- Support a healthy and safe workplace by ensuring that all safety practices and policies are followed by employees contractors and on site customers
- Manage and monitor the work order process
- Continually identify and recommend opportunities to improve service to customers
- Responsible for managing service operations and assets to achieve best possible financial results aligned with the corporate strategy and personal objectives
- Effective planning management and reporting of service financial results assets and facilities requirements
- Meet or exceed Service Work In Progress (SWIP) targets by effective management of workload and management of the Work Order process
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner and maintain effective relationships with internal departments and staff while maintaining confidentiality
- Foster an effective work environment which successfully contributes to employee engagement and the achievement of the business goals
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years in a mechanical service environment
- Journeyman HET would be considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years management experience in a dealership environment
- Experience managing in a union environment would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and service support systems
