Comfortable working with people with a range of disabilities
Commitment to family and person centred approaches supporting inclusion and participation
Ability to build and manage friendly relationships within a team environment
Critical thinking problem solving and decision making skills
Availability to work across multiple sites and a range of shift types including early mornings afternoons evenings weekends sleepovers and active nights
We require you to have experience and confidence working with clients who need support with behaviours of concern.
A Drivers licence is required for this role

As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

Qualification requirement
NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Childrens Check (Employee)
Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
