Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Designer to join our team. This role focuses on producing engaging visual and multimedia content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on adaptable and comfortable working across static design motion graphics and video while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics illustrations and visual assets for web blogs social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design and produce motion graphics and animations for social media and digital platforms.
- Create edit and optimize videos for marketing campaigns employer branding and company-wide events.
- Support marketing sales HR and administrative teams with visually compelling multimedia deliverables.
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into effective visual and multimedia outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital channels in alignment with established brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages of content creation.
- Stay up to date with design motion and video trends to continuously improve output and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Multimedia Arts Visual Communication or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in graphic design video editing multimedia design or a related role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects Premiere Pro).
- Strong foundation in typography color theory layout design and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience in motion graphics animation and video editing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
