Job Summary
Job Title: Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW)
Location: Michigan (Hybrid Remote & In-Person)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Limited License Master Social Worker (LLMSW) to join our growing team in Michigan. This hybrid role includes a combination of remote services and in-person client visits including home-based services. The ideal candidate is client-centered organized and committed to providing high-quality behavioral health and social work services.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical and/or case management services to individuals and families
Conduct assessments treatment planning and ongoing documentation
Deliver services via telehealth and in person including home visits as needed
Collaborate with supervisors interdisciplinary team members and community resources
Maintain accurate timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards
Participate in supervision toward full licensure (LMSW)
Adhere to ethical standards and Michigan licensing requirements
Work Environment
Hybrid position: combination of remote work and in-person services
Home-based services required; mileage is reimbursed for all approved travel to client locations
Flexible scheduling available
Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Active LLMSW license in the State of Michigan (required)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home services
Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
