Role specifics and benefits: As the OT youll perform comprehensive evaluations establish individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to improve activities of daily living motor planning sensory processing and adaptive equipment use. Youll provide hand therapy or pediatric/geriatric rehabilitation as appropriate educate patients and families and coordinate with physicians nurses social workers and case managers to optimize discharge planning and community reintegration. Documentation compliance and outcome tracking are integral to each case. The role offers meaningful professional growth: access to continuing education credits mentorship and opportunities to deepen expertise in areas such as pediatrics neurology geriatrics or hand therapy.
