Job Summary

Position Summary:

Avanceon is seeking a professional and organized Admin cum Front Desk Officer to join our Karachi office. This role is key to ensuring a welcoming front desk experience while providing efficient administrative support.

Job Responsibilites:

1. Front Desk Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and ensure a professional courteous experience

  • Manage incoming calls emails and inquiries promptly

  • Maintain an orderly and presentable reception area

  • Keep visitor logs and follow all security protocols

2. Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain office files records and documentation

  • Assist in preparing correspondence emails and reports

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory

  • Support HR and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks

  • Handle mail couriers and office deliveries

  • Assist with travel arrangements as needed

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred)

  • 13 years of experience in administration or front desk roles

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Attention to detail and effective time management

  • Friendly approachable and team-oriented
