Avanceon is seeking a professional and organized Admin cum Front Desk Officer to join our Karachi office. This role is key to ensuring a welcoming front desk experience while providing efficient administrative support.
1. Front Desk Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors and ensure a professional courteous experience
Manage incoming calls emails and inquiries promptly
Maintain an orderly and presentable reception area
Keep visitor logs and follow all security protocols
2. Administrative Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain office files records and documentation
Assist in preparing correspondence emails and reports
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
Support HR and administrative teams with day-to-day tasks
Handle mail couriers and office deliveries
Assist with travel arrangements as needed
Bachelors degree (preferred)
13 years of experience in administration or front desk roles
Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and effective time management
Friendly approachable and team-oriented
