- To handle daily shipping and banking related matters including arrangement of import/export shipments inland transportation banking documentation etc. for projects
- To provide advice/solution on safe effective and economical way of transportation for sales and operations (PM)
- To Implement local sourcing plans to achieve the business targets. Support regional and global sourcing and supplier management initiatives as required.
- Analyze and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value
- Negotiate commercial terns with suppliers
- Oversee supplier performance and resolves performance issues
- Apply standards on health safety environment and business ethics within operational work contract management and negotiations.
- Creates and updates reports as required following Hitachi Energy standards.
- Implement Hitachi Energy controls over the logistics/procurement process
