The E2E Designer is responsible for defining designing and delivering end to end solutions across complex business and technical ecosystems This role collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration high quality user experiences and alignment with business objectives The E2E Designer plays a key role in translating business requirements into scalable and efficient designsKey ResponsibilitiesLead end to end design activities including requirement analysis solution definition architecture alignment and workflow designCollaborate with product managers business analysts architects and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with strategic goalsCreate detailed design documents process flows wireframes and system interaction diagramsEnsure design consistency performance scalability and compliance with enterprise standardsDrive design reviews and provide guidance to development teams during implementationIdentify design gaps mitigate risks and propose improvements for existing systems and processesConduct impact assessments for new features or changes across upstream and downstream systemsSupport testing teams by validating design coverage and ensuring functional completenessEnsure end user experience is optimized across all touchpointsRequired Skills QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field6 12 years of experience in solution design system design or enterprise application developmentStrong understanding of end to end system interactions APIs integration patterns and architecture principlesProficiency in creating design artifacts such as HLD LLD process maps and technical specificationsExperience with Agile methodologies and cross functional team collaborationStrong analytical problem solving and communication skillsAbility to work independently and drive design decisions.
