Job Summary
Job Purpose:
RMA operations (handling approval/rejection RMA preparation communication with sales departments)
Inventory control (circular inventory material inventory physical item number control)
Returned goods operations (creation and processing of work lists related to manufacturer returns and shipping)
Repair reception service (Communication with manufacturers and retailers via phone/fax/email)
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
PC skills (Word Excel for tabulating and creating documents etc.)
Ability to communicate with related departments
Experience in handling phone communications with clients and partners.
Welcome skills:
Experience in repair reception operations
Experience as a telephone operator
